WIN32 Virus
A W32 or WIN32 virus can affect MS Windows 95/98/Me, NT or 2000 PE (Portable Executable) files.
WIN32 virus types replicate themselves by infecting other executable files thorugh a variety of mechanisms.
Some viruses such as Win32 / ExploreZip also use Outlook or other programs to distribute infected files by email.
